On this page, you will find application dates for all South African universities. these dates are for the academic year 2025. Most of South African universities will close their application period on the last day of September, which is the 30th. So, please apply on time to avoid disappointment.

Some universities charge an online application fee for new applications which can range around R100 -R300 once off, while some universities do not charge an application fee at all for online applications. The universities which do not charge online application fees in South Africa are the following:
